Cancellation & Order Changes
Most of our jewelry is made-to-order or pre-order.
Once production has started, cancellations or changes are not accepted.
Please ensure all details—color, material, quantity, and metal fittings—are correct before completing your order.
Before Production Begins (within 24 hours
After Production Has Started (24 hours after purchase)
Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, the following cannot be canceled:

Orders for which materials have been prepared or production has begun

Changes to color, design details, or metal fittings

Pre-order items with secured materials
After Shipment
Cancellations and returns are not accepted after shipping, except in the case of:

Defective or damaged items

Wrong items delivered by our shop
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
Used, worn, or damaged items due to customer handling are not eligible for return.
Metal Fittings & Custom Options

Piercing/clip-on changes are processed immediately after your order, so cancellations or changes are not accepted afterward.

Custom orders (color changes, length adjustments, single-ear orders, etc.) cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.
Pre-Order Items

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to production or material availability.

Pre-order items are non-cancelable.
Refunds

In the event of a refund, payment processing fees may be deducted depending on the payment method.

Refund reflection times vary by credit card company and billing cycle.
