Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, contaminated, or different from what you ordered,
please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please provide the following information when contacting us:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

After reviewing the issue, we will arrange a return, replacement, or refund.
Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us.


Returns & Exchanges Due to Customer Reasons

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • “Change of mind,” differences in color, size, or personal impression (customer reasons)

  • Used, damaged, or worn items

  • Requests made more than 14 days after delivery

  • Made-to-order, customized, or pre-order items
